10 Step Sourcing and Screening Process
To ensure our clients make a great hire the first time, Right Fit Talent integrates our Service Methodology with our proprietary 10 Step Sourcing and Screening Process into every search we perform. The benefits of this are many but include the fact that our clients spend their valuable time only on candidates that have successfully completed a thorough vetting process that has been created around the specific requirements of our client's position. Our 10 Step Sourcing and Screening Process incorporates the following 3 phases:
phase I - Order Setup
In this phase the lead Talent Consultant will review the requirements of the position as well as the dynamics of the client's culture. This will provide a psychometric profile of the successful candidate. Also covered will be branding, critical milestones, order to fill timing and regularly scheduled review meetings with shareholders.
Phase II - Sourcing/Screening
This phase allows the Right Fit Talent team to design and deploy a targeted sourcing campaign that will reach out to our talent pipelines, referral networks and newly identified candidates that have the background/experience required. Interview scripts, client profiles, preliminary assessment and screening tools are also defined in this phase
Phase III - Interview/Offer
This phase includes submittal of candidate profiles, profile reviews, completing client required assessments, scheduling and/or conducting client facing interviews, secondary candidate reviews, final reference checks/background checks and presenting and negotiating client offers. We can also assist with employee onboarding.
Service Engagement Models
All of Right Fit Talent's service offerings utilize our 10 Step Sourcing and Screening Process methodology to fulfill our client's requirements. However, the right type of service engagement model will be dependent on several factors which include: the position, exclusivity of search, internal team capabilities and level of consultancy required. Our professional search services can be successfully provided through the following engagement models:
Contingency Fee Search
This service is based on a set fee which is paid upon successful completion of agreed upon services. The fee is usually calculated as a percentage of the successfully hired employee's annual salary. This service is typically used for lower to mid-level positions within companies that have the tools and teams necessary to complete final assessment of candidates.
Retainer Fee Search
This service provides the client with a consultative partner and is based on a fee which is paid at incremental time frames outlined within the critical events of the search process. The search process will mirror an internally adopted and approved process including deliverables. This service is used for mid to high-level positions where the targeted candidates are passive and hard to find.
RPO Light
This service is helpful for companies that require temporary augmentation of their internal talent acquisition teams/capabilities. Our clients have found RPO Light adds immediate benefits to their sourcing and screening programs when faced with transition or tasked with ramping up for expansion. The fee for RPO Light is based on Time and Materials required to complete the project.
